The traditional assembled floor (such as PVC or composite materials) reduced the sound pressure level to 75-85 dB, but there was still a 15% sound energy fluctuation at the joint areas, and the hard surface layer could not alleviate the hoof impact load. However, the the washing horse district interlocking flooring increased the sound energy absorption rate to 82% . The measured sound pressure level was stably controlled below 60 dB. Its damping characteristics reduced the resonance peak in the 200-2000 Hz frequency band by 70%.This synergy of acoustic optimization and physical performance not only reduces the overall noise pollution in the stable but also significantly improves the standing comfort of the horses by reducing the continuous stimulation of the hoof nerve endings caused by sound vibrations.
