PVC sports floor rubber is a kind of floor rubber specially developed for sports venues using polyvinyl chloride materials. Specifically, it uses polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin as the main raw material, and adds fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants, etc. Excipients are produced on sheet-like continuous substrates by coating processes or by calendering, extrusion or extrusion processes. Generally, it is made of laminated multi-layer structure, and generally has a wear-resistant layer (including UV treatment), a glass fiber layer, an elastic foam layer, and a base layer. PVC sports flooring is widely used, and various international competitions such as the Olympic Games specify the use of PVC sports flooring.
